XLNanalysis

XLNanalysis uses a proven methodology designed to uncover problems within your system. Whether it be for your SMB or personal machines, our experienced engineers will diagnose and resolve your issues.

For Businesses

Our methodology encompasses hardware, software and network configurations to find the underlying issues that face today’s businesses using computer technology.

Our trained and certified engineers will use a variety of diagnostic tools to uncover the most common problems surrounding the diminished performance of your system.

After a brief interview with you and/or your staff and after all diagnostics have been run, you will be given an easy to understand analysis report explaining the reason(s) for your diminished performance. In addition, this report will provide suggestions and solutions as to what can be done to improve your computer experience and increase productivity.

Note that these consulting tasks should be scheduled such that a minimum of down time will be experienced for your business. XLN engineers will provide time estimates of how long you may be without PCs and servers

Bring in your desktop or laptop and we will restore it to like new conditions.

Give us a call and explain your problem to us. Schedule a time to bring it in to our offices and we will rebuild your operating system to its original condition. We can alleviate your headaches and fix your computer problems.

•   Provide us with all of the original software and documentation that came with your PC
•   Useful items would include operating system restore discs, drivers discs, and any software that you need to have installed
•   This will allow for a faster and easier restoration
•   We will install all Windows updates and drivers to allow your system to run at its full potential

If possible, please backup any important documents on your computer before bringing it to us, but, if necessary, we can back it up for you (additional fee) if you provide us with a backup medium (external hard drive, DVDs, etc.) and a list of all items that need to be backed up.

We can make recommendations for your system based on its hardware and operating system. If there is any failed hardware, we will make note of it and inform you of any problems it is causing. We can also recommend hardware upgrades that will improve the performance of your computer.

NOTE: Any hardware needed must be obtained by you as XLN does not carry nor support any one hardware manufacturer.

XLNperformance

XLNperformance is our service that will use the information found in the XLNanalysis report(s) to perform the tasks outlined in the report so that your system can perform to a higher level. XLN engineers will only perform those tasks authorized by you.

When completed, our engineers will demonstrate the increased performance in several ways so that you will be able to see the difference from before we started to after we are finished.
