Crystal Cockerell is the CEO of XLN SYSTEMS. Crystal and Allen Perk joined forces in April, 2008 to take XLN SYSTEMS to the next level.

The new CEO of XLN is a devoted wife, mother, business woman, Purple Heart recipient and Service Disabled Veteran from the Iraq War. She is still active in the U.S. Military after 22 years of honorable service despite coming back from a tour in Iraq with a leg wound in 2004. She currently serves her country as a Master Sergeant in the Ohio Army National Guard at Headquarters, 147th Regional Training Institute, Rickenbacker AFB and is still able to guide XLN and create a strategic focus for the future of XLN.

Crystal lives in Reynoldsburg with her husband Michael and their daughters Ashlie, Annabella and son Michael Jr.

An entrepreneur by nature, Allen Perk graduated from Miami University in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Systems Analysis and a minor in Pre-Law and Accounting. Afterwards working for Ernst & Ernst, The State of Ohio and Digital Equipment Corporation, Allen founded XLN SYSTEMS in 1991 because he wanted to bring excellence to his clients.

XLN has grown under the leadership of Allen from a sole proprietorship to a corporation with both local and national partners providing the Columbus IT community with state of the art network and network security solutions.

XLN also offers its own software packages for the legal, financial and insurance industries.

Allen was instrumental in obtaining the certifications and purchasing vehicles to make XLN a player in Central Ohio. For example, XLN is a certified and go-to Value Added Reseller for Citrix and Trustwave. Allen also led the way for XLN to possess its own Ohio State Term Schedule (STS) and the federal General Services Administration (GSA) schedules.

Allen lives in Gahanna with his wife Regina of 27 years, along with sons Anthony, Brian and daughter Christina.
